Nineveh Finance is a business competition where individuals in the homeland may submit their business ideas to receive a microloan. Microloan conditions depend on donor/judge specifications. Our current microloan fund was donated by University of Michigan CASA for female-owned and operated businesses.

Contenders are required to complete an application to be entered into the selection process. Donors may determine eligibility criteria and may allow Nineveh Rising to select the recipients or participate in the selection process.
SUCCESS STORIES
Meet Ninweta. She applied for a microloan to fulfill her dream of opening a flower shop in bustling Duhok city. She had been operating her business out of her home as a cottage business and wanted to grow into a retail operation. She needed funds for a brick and mortar shop. With only $3,150, Ninweta's dream is now a reality. As a Nineveh Finance microloan recipient, she will also have the opportunity to help select the next recipient of her funds, observing the sustainability of Nineveh Finance firsthand.
